After a hundred years of preparation, the hunters have just recently shown themselves; attacking popular places that both vampires and werewolves inhabit on a regular day basis and killing their kin. With their advanced methods of fighting, including their weapons and new found skill, this brand of humans would surely be the cause of death in their dark world.
The vampires have already put their strongest out on the field to find them and coordinate an attack, but currently they've yet to find anything out about them that would help.
The werewolves on the other hand are waiting for the right moment to attack, planning to strike when they get the chance.
Even with these hunters out, the two races are still fighting. However, peace is now an option that these two races might have agree upon for them both to live against this threat.
