Personality:Lightning is considered pretty emotionless. She shows no emotion where most others would, and her temper is nothing to laugh at. Though she can become quite angry quite fast, and dislikes most people who are extreme anything, the young woman loves her friends and would do anything for them.

History:Not much is known about Lightning. She is an ex-soldier of the Cocoon army and was chosen by the Crystals to take down the city of Cocoon and its tyranous Holy Government. The young red haired woman had joined a resistance group with the name of Team Nora. The team consists of the leader - Snow. A young woman with the name of Oerba Dia Vanille, whom Snow and Lightning look to as a younger sister, and Sazh a young man who Lightning had fought along side with during her time as a soldier with the Cocoon army. Its not known whether Lightning is the young womans real name, or if its simply her code name. She bears no words to deny or agree with any questions asked about her name. She'll simply answer with "Its a name. Does anything else matter?" Lightning is also known as an I'Cie, which is a race of people born and raised to be servants for those that live in Cocoon. Its freedom, among other things, that Lightning and Team Nora fight for.
