Fun Time (Open)

[Tifa Lockhart]

Tifa needed a little fun, she needed a small time for herself. But even tho she was alone at the Gold Saucer she hoped someone would show up. She had her hands in her pocket as she walked through the place. This place was fun but it also held a lot of memories. She was at the Chocobo Races and she watched as people gambled money away. She didn't like gambling, it had such a horrible consequence it wasn't worth it.

Tifa decided to move on, she went to a room full of different kinds of video games. This she loved, she put in a quarter in the machine and she felt like she was on a motorcycle, what was funny was it felt like Cloud was there. Tifa loved it when she was on his bike, her arms around his waist. But she stopped thinking that way and finished the game she had a great score. She saw her score and she grinned.

"Yes not to bad" She said to herself.

[Cloud Strife]

"I think it's about time I taught you how to ride a bike...."

A voice she would know all to well.....Yes Cloud was there. He was passing through on his way back to Edge....He didn't spend a lot of time here....But today he wanted to have a bit of fun...He forgot what it was like being a kid.....It's been so long.

Cloud stood behind Tifa with his arms folded across his chest smiling. It was good to see that Tifa was having fun. They both deserved a bit of fun. Plus they were both a lone....Was this a....date?....It could turn out to be one. He loved her....But he kept his feelings to himself.

Hopefully one day he could just let them all out to her....She was his best friend...The one that stood by him when he was kid and got into trouble. Most of the time it was not even his fault.....He was always greatful for that....Greatful that Tifa was his friend...He owed her so much....

Tifa smiled she knew she wasn't good with motorcycles, she had always been the passenger not the driver. As she got her tickets, she heard a voice behind her. She smiled hearing it, she knew that voice all to well.

"Cloud..." She said lovingly, she was frustrated with him. But she knew it was more harder then anyone. Tifa slowly stood up and turned to face him, she couldn't help but smile even more at him.

"Well its not my fault ive never driven a motorcycle..why doesn't the great master show me?" she giggled a little bit and sighed.

"It's nice to see you again, you vanish without anyone knowing where your going" She placed her hand on his cheek stroking his cheek. Her hand fell from his cheek and onto her hip.

"Great Master...Hmm...That's the first I heard that one..." ((Speaking in his mind....))

Cloud smiled as she placed her hand on his cheek.....But that feeling was short lived as she dropped her hand to her side....In a way Cloud was glad she let it fall....Could she see that there was some thing wrong? Probably....Tifa knew him inside and out....She just said some thing he had a habit of doing....Vanishing, without telling any one was so true.

"I uh...I had a few things to do...."

"Yeah...Like see a doctor...." ((He said that in his mind...))

But Cloud kept that to himself....He looked into her eyes....And just gave her one of famous smiles.....To assure her that every thing was alright at the moment....Not really though...Cloud was worried....How would she handle the truth? Cloud had been gone a lot more now these days then ever....And he knew he worried her and the kids....But he just didn't feel that he could be there for them any more....After all he did.....Life sucks....Here is the woman he loves and she has no idea what is going on.....His big blue eyes gazed upon her....

"Look I'll be right back ok.....Don't go any where...."

He walked away from her....And went far away from her to the parts of the Gold Saucer.....He walked a ways away from the crowds.....And just grabbed his chest....The pain was so intense...He couldn't let Tifa see him like that....Not again.....

Tifa was looking around as she sat down close to the motorcycle game. She had a very bad feeling. She decided to follow him, she went through the crowd. Their was a lot of people. She couldn't find him quickly, until her eyes were on a blond. At first it looked like just another blond but it was Cloud. Her eyes went wide as she ran up to him worried as all hell.

"Cloud?" she ran to him and knelt down beside him.

"Cloud what's wrong" she asked.

Cloud heard her say his name and looked up at her....

"Uh....It's nothing...."

He just flat out lied....He didn't need her to worry again.....But he knew that she was going to follow him...She was just like that....He didn't even push her away this time....Should he tell her? No...He couldn't. "Don't worry about me...." He said....He was really feeling it as he tried to stand up....Cloud got a better look into her eyes....Those damned eyes....Got him every time...But there was worriness in them....Alot actually....Cloud on the other hand had his own feelings in his....Fear....He knew if he told her....She would know there was no cure for this....He really needed a miracle....But would he have another one? Probably not....Thanks to Aerith and the LIfe Stream he found a cure for the geostigma......

Tifa was taken back by what was going on, she knew something was wrong. She stood in front of him looking into his eyes. "Cloud you need to stop hiding things from me..." She sighed placing her bare hand to his cheek. "We have been through so much together, through good times and bad. I want to be with you, stop hiding from me please..."

She said looking into his eyes she wrapped her arms around him and held him close to her body, she closed her eyes and sighed pulling back a little her hands on his shoulders.

"But it is up to you on if you will tell me" She said kindly a smile seen

"Stop hiding from me...." Hmm....Maybe this was some thing she really needed to know. No...He couldn't. He'd break her heart....Again....And he didn't want that to happen. Cloud just sighed again as he felt her return her hand to his cheek...Why was she doing this? Didn't she know how he felt about her? Yeah he has feelings for her...Deffiently. No question what so ever.....He discovered that right after the Advent Children events.....

Cloud then closed his eyes and shook his head...."I...I don't want to hurt you...." He warned.....

Tifa looked into his eyes and smiled "We have been thru so much Cloud.." She said simply. "it is your choice to tell or not tell me, but always know that I will always love you...no matter what" She kissed his forehead and let him go, she closed her eyes looking down.
