Man it's been a while since he's been back to where he grew up at. It was like he never left though....After ShinRa rebuilt the whole place....Even Cloud's house was back....And so was Tifa's. This place was a home to the one that rode a lone on his bike.
Cloud eased off his bike. And sighed to himself. In the distance he could see the Reactor....And just swallowed hard....That's where it all began with him....He killed Sephiroth there. Where Tifa's father died....Another sigh...What was he doing here? Even he didn't have that answer....He wanted to forget this place ever exsisted....That's what he wanted...He wanted it dead and buried. Why? There was so much tragic and sadness that he went through while living in this place.....He wanted to burn it to pieces....But he couldn't do that....For some one else called this place her home....
The sun was out today....But still that was not enough to make Cloud happier. Nothing would ever change in Cloud it seemed....
Something was bothering Cloud though. He was sick....But not like he was when he had the stigma....This was different....Much different. He has seen a doctor....The doctor told him...Cancer....From the Mako Energy that was infused in him....Left a horrible stain....Inside his chest....See he was not one to be placed inside that cubical....But did ShinRa care? Not a bit.....Cloud placed his hand to his mouth and caughed a bit.....The doctor gave Cloud a year at least....This couldn't happen....Not to him....Not even Tifa knew.....After he removed his hand he saw his blood drops on his glove.....And sighed...Maybe he was here....to see it....One last time......

The 'little' girl hummed faintly to herself as she walked, the umbrella she always carried was down for a change. She was letting the breeze ruffle her long hair. She bit into her lip as she walked, deep in thought. Her fingers were still pulsing from the thrill, the adrenaline rush. It was...so exciting. Each time, just seeing the humanity leave their eyes, the hysteric cries....
The girl giggled and scuffed her boot against the ground. The air in Midgar was getting to stale so she had hit the shoe leather express and was off to find a new place to hold up in her...hobby. Honestly she had no idea where her feet had led her. She knew she was days from Midgar, she cheated and used her teleporting abilities when she could see miles ahead of her. She looked around her and the foreign land and scoffed faintly. The sun was out and it was hot and the land was...so plain. There was not much life out and around, and what was around were huge yellow bird things.
She had never seen something more disturbing in her life. She giggled and then looked ahead of her. Down close to the bottom of the hill she saw a man with hair similar to the birds next to a bike that looked like it could go fast. And he is alone. She smiled diabolically to herself and picked back up in her merry stroll, letting her boot clad feet bring her down to the bottom of the hill. "Hello?" She asked.

Cloud gasped to himself as he saw the red spots on his glove...What was he going to do? How would he tell Tifa? Like it would matter.....Nothing seemed to matter to him any more.....Not with what little time he has left...He still had no idea if Tifa knew about this condition or not....He just sighed as usual feeling sorry for himself. He began to ignore her phone calls again.
Cloud walks up through his village. Not much has changed. Well not since ShinRa rebuilt it. But Cloud wanted to see that for himself. And he was right. He pushes his sunglasses up on his nose. As he walks further down the towns main street....This brought back more memories....
Cloud still was alone. As always. He liked it that way. But some thing was taking him away from his thoughts...And back to reality. As he looked up through those lenses that simi-hid his eyes.....He saw a strange girl skipping dirt with her foot...Was she from around here? Cloud was not the type to make a conversation. He was quiet while others talked...

He didn't say anything to her, even after he turned around and faced her. So he either knew she was coming and was waiting for her, didn't have a voice, or he was just not going to speak easily. She didn't like the idea of the first two choices so she settled on believing he was just a quite person. This would work out excellently in the end. She walked closer to him, looking him straight in the eyes while her focus was on the rest of his body. She could see he had some sort of strength in his arms and she didn't like that. It was hard work for a bitty girl to overpower big guys, even though she knew them to be the best victims. They took the longest time to break down completely.
She stopped very close to him and dipped her head a little, politely. She let out a small sigh and then looked back up at him. "Is everything alright, sir? It looks like you're waiting or wishing for death..."

"Wishing for death..." Would be merciful for what Cloud had....No he was not alright at all....He was dying. He had little time left on this world. She seemed like a curious one though. She looked mysterious as well. Cloud was a quiet person.....He hated to talk a lot. Cloud looked down and nodded slightly....He was....Actually....Because he was going to any way...Cloud pushed his sun glasses up on his nose....
"What you read minds or some thing?"

The girl looked outright surprised for a moment at his question. It seemed as if she hit the nail right on the head. Then again, she couldn't really be THAT surprised, she took pride on being able to read people with hardly a word. But there were always those moments where the realization she was correct caught her by surprise. She tucked a cluster of hair behind her ear and bit into her lip as she looked him over. What to say to him? It was quite a question because he seemed to be a very quiet person since he did not greet her, and because of his blunt answer he didn't seem to like being spoken to about personal things. She adjusted her grip on the umbrella, almost as if from a nervous habit.
"No, I can't read minds. Wouldn't that be cool though? To hear someone's most secret thoughts, their true feelings. It would be so much easier then having to find out for yourself, don't you think?" She asked with an adolescent tilt of her head. She may be nineteen years old, but she looked every part of twelve or thirteen, and she used that to her best advantage. People trusted kids whether they liked them or not.
